Why WardNav Exists
A simple idea inspired by a real experience.
WardNav was inspired by a hospital visit where finding the correct department proved difficult and required asking multiple members of staff for directions.
That experience highlighted how confusing hospital navigation can be for visitors, especially when they are already dealing with stress, uncertainty or time-sensitive situations.
It also highlighted how much staff time can be spent answering direction-related questions that could potentially be reduced through better navigation tools.
That experience became the starting point for WardNav.
